General Fee Approval Proposal Procedure :

To apply for the Online Fee Approval Proposal for the academic year 2025-2026 based on the financial year 2023-2024, please follow these steps:
- If you do not have a username, click on the "Registration for New Institute" link under the main menu.
- Once request is approved, you will receive a Username and Password.
- Already registered institutes can log in directly using the "Log In" tab.
- For institutes with multiple usernames under the same institute code, there will now be only one username for your institute.
- Log in with your Username and Password.
- Change your password after your first login.
- Use the left-side link labelled "General Information" to fill out the online fee proposal.
- Complete all details from Serial Number 1 to 26.
- Ensure you add all unaided private professional courses offered by your institute that fall under the FEES REGULATING AUTHORITY for the academic year 2025-26.
- Next, upload all necessary documents using the left-side link.
- After successfully uploading your documents, confirm your application and pay the processing fee.
- Take a printout of your application. Printing is only available after confirmation.
Important : The last date for submission of the proposal for the academic year 2025-26 is 30th November 2024.
