General Fee Approval Proposal Procedure :
    To apply for the Online Fee Approval Proposal for the academic year 2025-2026 based on the financial year 2023-2024, please follow these steps:

  1. If you do not have a username, click on the "Registration for New Institute" link under the main menu.
  2. Once request is approved, you will receive a Username and Password.
  3. Already registered institutes can log in directly using the "Log In" tab.
  4. For institutes with multiple usernames under the same institute code, there will now be only one username for your institute.
  5. Log in with your Username and Password.
  6. Change your password after your first login.
  7. Use the left-side link labelled "General Information" to fill out the online fee proposal.
  8. Complete all details from Serial Number 1 to 26.
  9. Ensure you add all unaided private professional courses offered by your institute that fall under the FEES REGULATING AUTHORITY for the academic year 2025-26.
  10. Next, upload all necessary documents using the left-side link.
  11. After successfully uploading your documents, confirm your application and pay the processing fee.
  12. Take a printout of your application. Printing is only available after confirmation.

Important : The last date for submission of the proposal for the academic year 2025-26 is 30th November 2024.
